How These Claims Work
Each young person’s claim is filed individually and coordinated with thousands of others in federal court or in California state court. You pay nothing up front. Our fee comes from a percentage of any recovery, so there is no cost unless there is a recovery.
Our attorneys are licensed in California and represent clients across the country in federal court, where attorneys are typically admitted on a case-by-case basis.
